Can I choose just one solution? +
Yes. You can discuss operations services, Roomrise software or a hospitality website separately. If you want to combine them, ANGIA sets out the scope and cost of each part in the proposal.
Do I retain my accounts and payments? +
The property owner retains account ownership, payments and key decisions. Access permissions, responsibilities and approval points are agreed at handover.
How is Roomrise related to ANGIA? +
Roomrise is an ANGIA product for property management. You can explore the features and book a demo at roomrise.io. Using the software and hiring the operations team are separate scopes to be agreed.
Can the website connect to a booking system? +
ANGIA reviews your current systems and booking process to identify a suitable approach. Connections to Roomrise or other systems, payments and maintenance are clarified in the website proposal. See the website design scope.
How does the free review differ from the setup package? +
The free preliminary OTA review uses public information to discuss a suitable approach. The one-month OTA Setup package costs VND 4,900,000 and includes onboarding, a current-state audit, market research, and content and sales-channel setup within the approved scope.
What do I need for the free review? +
Your property name or an OTA listing link, if you have one. ANGIA does not ask for passwords or one-time passcodes at this stage.
What does the VND 4,900,000 fee cover? +
This is the fee for OTA Setup over one month, including information gathering, a current-state audit, market research, and content and sales-channel setup within the approved scope. Deliverables are checked at handover; ongoing operations fees are agreed separately.
How are operations fees calculated? +
After setup, operations fees depend on the number of rooms and the service scope agreed by both parties, as set out in the proposal before work begins.
Does ANGIA guarantee higher revenue? +
ANGIA works with you to improve room sales and operations using data. Results also depend on the property’s current situation, the market and the scope of work; we do not guarantee a fixed increase.
Is this suitable for a property with only a few rooms? +
You can still request a free review. A suitable scope is discussed based on your property’s situation and room count.
How does the one-month setup work? +
The setup package runs for one month. Coordination milestones, required information, owner approvals, payment arrangements and VAT are confirmed in the proposal before work begins.
How does the transition to operations and any fee offset work? +
After setup, both parties agree on the transition to ongoing operations and any fee-offset conditions in the proposal before starting.
Does the scope cover the entire hotel? +
The scope is agreed for each property. On-site staffing, housekeeping, maintenance, advertising and other items are discussed as needed and quoted separately.
How can I tell which listings ANGIA operates? +
Some listings use the name ANGIA Hospitality or By An Gia Hospitality. Check the exact link for each listing; a similar name alone does not establish a connection to ANGIA. You can confirm through our Zalo OA.
