Delegate the work. Stay in control.

OTA management and additional solutions

A clear scope and cost for every part of the work.

For operating properties, ANGIA first clarifies the tasks owners want to delegate and the decisions they want to retain. For new projects or multiple locations, we assess the workload before accepting the engagement. Deliverables, responsible parties and budgets are agreed in writing before work begins.

From concept to opening

Preparing a property to welcome guests

  • Business model consulting
Clarify requirements, product direction and the implementation plan.
  • Interior consulting, design and construction
Requirements, scope and the delivery provider are confirmed separately in the plan.
  • Furniture and equipment supply
Agree on the item list, supply plan and handover schedule.
  • Opening preparation
Coordinate staffing, processes and tasks before welcoming guests.
From guest arrivals to room sales

Coordinating operations through one point of contact

  • Recruitment and on-site operations
The scope of recruitment and on-site staffing, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance and guest registration, is confirmed for each plan.
  • Room sales and OTAs
Standardise sales channels, monitor rates and availability, handle reservations and support guests.
  • Reconciliation and reporting
Consolidate data so property owners can track the work and business performance.
  • Specialist coordination when needed
Accounting, tax, legal or specialist consulting under a separate plan.

ANGIA either organises delivery directly or coordinates with specialist providers for each item; you continue to work through one ANGIA contact. The plan covers only the agreed work and does not automatically include every service a hospitality property may need.

Management within the agreed scope

Management fees depend on room count and the scope agreed by both parties. Tasks, responsibilities and fees are confirmed in the proposal before work begins.

Confirm the terms before work begins.

Billing arrangements (one-off or recurring), VAT, management fees after setup and any transition or credit terms are confirmed in the proposal before work begins. This published information does not alter the terms of a contract already signed by both parties.

A PMS (property management system) for hotels, homestays and serviced apartments. It brings together the room calendar, bookings, room status and operational data; ANGIA’s team remains responsible for analysis, coordination and delivery within the contracted scope.

The scope of use, costs, applicable period, limits, support level and continuation or handover terms for the PMS, OTA connections through Channex, advanced AI Reply and the direct booking website are confirmed in the proposal. Commissions and charges levied by OTAs follow each channel’s policies. Marketing, TikTok/Facebook, advertising budgets and traffic must be agreed separately.

Business model consulting; opening preparation; recruitment; on-site staffing and operations such as reception and housekeeping; interior consulting; design and construction; furniture and equipment supply; and specialist services are optional items. A separate scope and quotation are prepared after discussing each project’s needs; you do not need to select these when registering for an OTA package. Each party’s responsibilities, pricing method and termination terms are confirmed in the proposal.

ANGIA aims to grow revenue through operational capability, data and continuous optimisation; we do not guarantee a fixed increase in revenue or occupancy. If both parties agree on specific targets, the conditions and measurement method must be recorded in writing.

How ANGIA organises delivery

Know who handles the work, who decides and where to review it.

Account manager

One contact following your work through

Receives requests, coordinates roles, updates completed tasks and brings together decisions requiring the property owner’s approval.

Sales channels and revenue team

Monitoring channels, rates and reconciliation

Reviews rates, availability, promotions and reconciliation data; changes outside delegated authority are made only after approval.

Guest support team

Working to the agreed schedule

Handles conversations, bookings and issues within scope; on-site matters are referred to the client’s designated contact.

Property owner

Retain control of accounts, cash flow and key decisions

Provides information, assigns an on-site contact and approves budgets or decisions beyond delegated authority.

The PMS helps owners review data, activity history, pending work and reports. ANGIA acts within the agreed authority; budget or service changes are made only with your approval.

Standards for publishing evidence

Every result needs context and limitations.

ANGIA does not use a large standalone number in place of supporting records. A result should only be published when its source, scope, observation period, calculation method, usage permission and approver are documented.

Minimum documentation

Information that accompanies evidence

Property context, initial situation, work performed by ANGIA, verification source, observation period, limitations and update date.

Interpreting results

Past results do not guarantee future performance

Revenue and occupancy also depend on location, the product, rates, seasonality, channel policies and each property’s ability to coordinate.

Private data

Remove identifying information before sharing examples

Do not publish guest names, booking references, conversations or business data without permission to use them.

People

Staff names and photographs must match the actual person.

A name and portrait are associated with a specific person only after that person confirms the information and consents to publication.

Data and access

Request only what the current step needs.

Before consultation

The form does not request sensitive data

The website asks only for contact details, property size and context. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, guest data or payment information.

When work begins

Access is limited

Permission levels, users, authorised tasks and the method for revoking access must be confirmed before implementation.

When the service ends

Handover follows an agreed checklist

Accounts, data, active reservations, work in progress, access revocation and terms for continuing to use tools are set out in the proposal or contract.

A safe start

Discuss the current situation first, then decide the scope.

Tell ANGIA which tasks you want to delegate, your property size and the channels you use. The free preliminary OTA review covers only publicly available property and OTA channel information, where available. It does not include the current-state audit or setup work in the paid one-month OTA setup package. You do not need to send passwords or guest data at this stage.
