Privacy policy

Updated on 19/10/2026. This page describes how ANGIA handles website data and requires periodic legal review.

This page explains what data we collect about you, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It uses plain language, with no terms hidden in the small print.

1. Who is responsible for your data

NameANGIA RESIDENCE COMPANY LIMITED
Tax code0316993072
Data enquiriesEmail ledanh@angiaresidence.com, Zalo OA ANGIA or call +84 879 461 461

2. What we collect

When you submit a consultation form directly on Facebook (Instant Form), your information is sent through Meta’s platform so ANGIA can receive and respond to your request.

When you submit a project or service consultation form on the website

The website temporarily remembers the first and most recent traffic sources in sessionStorage for your browsing session. When you choose to submit the form, a set of source fields and the lead_id are sent to Netlify so ANGIA can reconcile requests. Your name, phone number/Zalo and the values you enter in the form are not sent in Google Analytics events.

If you have consented to measurement, after Netlify accepts the form, the website sends a Lead event to Meta Pixel. After Netlify verifies the submission, the server sends the same lead_id as the event_id through Meta Conversions API so Meta can deduplicate events. Server data may include a normalised phone number hashed with SHA-256, IP address, user agent, source URL and the identifiers _fbp/_fbc if present. ANGIA does not include OTA passwords, conversation content or property names in Meta events.

We do not ask for OTA account passwords, card details or identity card numbers. Anyone asking for these in ANGIA’s name is not acting on our behalf.

When you browse the website

If you select "Allow measurement" in the banner at the bottom of the screen, Google Analytics uses measurement cookies to help us count views and understand which pages are read, traffic sources, device types and browsers. Meta Pixel records views and conversion events so ANGIA can measure advertising effectiveness, optimise delivery and potentially create remarketing audiences on Meta’s platform.

If you select "Essential only", the website does not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, send Lead events through Conversions API, or set ANGIA measurement/advertising cookies. The website remains fully functional.

Fonts are hosted with the website and loaded from ANGIA’s own domain. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts to display them. File requests are handled by the website’s hosting infrastructure like other static resources.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your data or add you to bulk mailing lists.

4. When data is processed

For website forms, contact details and source fields are sent to Netlify when you choose to submit the form. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you select "Allow measurement". Meta Conversions API sends events only after Netlify verifies the submission and consent has been included with the form. Font files load from the website’s own infrastructure when the page is displayed, independently of your measurement choice; no font requests are sent to Google Fonts. You can withdraw or change your choice as described in section 7.

When you submit a consultation form directly on Facebook (Instant Form), your information is sent through Meta’s platform so ANGIA can receive and respond to your request. Designated ANGIA staff receive the request and manually pass it to the consultation contact as part of handling that request. The description of Netlify and website measurement applies to website forms and does not automatically describe the Instant Form process.

7. Your rights

Under current personal data protection regulations, you have the right to:

To exercise a right, email ledanh@angiaresidence.com or message Zalo OA ANGIA, stating which right you wish to exercise. ANGIA will acknowledge your request, may ask for sufficient information to verify the data subject’s identity, and will handle it under the applicable process and deadlines.

For measurement and advertising, you can immediately switch to “Essential only”. The website will save your refusal, remove first-party measurement cookies that ANGIA can identify and reload the page; providers continue to handle deletion requests under their own policies.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

TypeConsent needed?Purpose

11. Changes to this policy

If there is a significant change, we update the date at the top of this page. The content also requires periodic legal review to reflect the systems, providers and processes currently in use. You should review it when submitting a new request.
