Prices exclude VAT. The OTA setup fee of VND 4,900,000, charged once, is separate. PMS, OTA fees and advertising budgets are not included. The payment period and scope are confirmed in the proposal.

The one-month OTA setup package — onboarding and setup: property information intake, a current-state audit, market research, content setup and sales-channel setup. Payment arrangements and VAT are confirmed in the proposal before work begins.
Management fees follow five tiers of independently bookable units: 1–10 costs 8 million, 11–20 costs 12 million, 21–30 costs 16 million, 31–50 costs 22 million, and 51–100 costs 32 million VND per month, excluding VAT. Commitments of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months receive management-fee discounts of 20%, 30%, 35% or 38.75%, respectively. Hotels count rooms; serviced apartments count whole apartments; homestays count rooms or entire properties according to their booking model. More than 100 units, multiple properties or unclear counting methods require an assessment and a separate proposal. Setup fees, tools, tasks and cooperation terms are stated separately in the proposal.
The setup package lasts one month. Whether payment is one-off or periodic is confirmed in the proposal before work begins.
Terms for moving to ongoing management and any fee offset are confirmed in the proposal before work begins. This page does not require a transition or provide an automatic fee offset.

Yes. The initial discussion and preliminary review are free: ANGIA reviews public information about your property and any existing OTA channels. This step does not include a current-state audit or setup work.
Needs are discussed based on the property's current situation. Tool usage scope and costs, if any, are stated in the proposal; they are not automatically free benefits. OTA commissions and fees apply under each channel's policies.
Not automatically. The scope of the booking website, marketing, communications and advertising budget is discussed and stated in the proposal if the property requires them.
The OTA package does not automatically guarantee revenue or occupancy. If both parties agree on specific targets, the conditions and measurement methods are stated in writing.
