FOR ACCOMMODATION OWNERS

A clear story.
A place for guests to explore.

For when you need a website for a new property, want to replace a site that is difficult to use on mobile, or need to bring together information scattered across multiple channels.

What do you want to achieve?

Choose your main goal: introducing your brand, showcasing rooms or receiving enquiries. Each goal calls for its own content and measures.

What do you already have?

Prepare your domain, logo, authorised images, room information and policies. Any missing materials are identified before the schedule is confirmed.

Who receives enquiries?

Confirm the phone number, Zalo account or form destination, and who will handle enquiries. A contact button only helps when someone is ready to respond.

Do you need integrations?

Specify any availability, booking or payment requirements. Integration scope, software fees and third-party terms are assessed separately.

WHAT YOUR WEBSITE NEEDS TO DO

Beautiful to explore.
Easy to get in touch.

Choose the pages and features your property actually needs. Each item has a deliverable for you to review, comment on and accept.

Express your brand

Layout, colours and typography aligned with your property's direction. The experience is adapted for mobile and desktop.

Introduce your property

Organise rooms, amenities, location and images so guests can explore easily. Page count and content requirements are confirmed in the proposal.

Provide clear contact options

Add call buttons, Zalo or forms to match your enquiry process. The implementation scope and enquiry destination are confirmed in advance.

Make ongoing use clear

Agree on guidance, handover materials and responsibility for updates. Administrative access, source code and domain arrangements are set out in the proposal.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From your needs
to a website.

You review and approve at each stage. The delivery schedule depends on scope, available content and response times from both parties.

  1. Understand your needs

Discuss your property, guests, available content and website goals. Agree on scope, cost and how we will work together.

  2. Approve the design

Agree on page structure, visual direction and key layouts before implementation. The number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal.

  3. Build & test

Add content to the website, test across screen sizes and check the agreed contact options.

  4. Acceptance & handover

Review the deliverables, complete the handover items and provide guidance as specified in the proposal before the website enters operation.

AGREED FROM THE START

One proposal.
Every task clearly defined.

Costs and timelines are confirmed after discussing your needs. The proposal should cover both building and maintaining the website.

Discuss your website
Pages, content & revisions
Page count, languages, responsibility for content, permitted images and the number of revision rounds.
Domain, administration & handover
Domain ownership, administrator accounts, source code and handover materials are agreed in the proposal.
Hosting & maintenance
Hosting, domain renewal, maintenance, content updates and third-party service costs are clearly separated according to scope.
Bookings & software integrations
If a booking engine, Roomrise or another system is needed, both parties discuss integration scope separately and confirm feasibility before making a commitment.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

You may be
wondering.

What do I need to prepare?

Property details, target guests, a logo or brand direction, room and amenity information, authorised images, and your preferred way to receive guest enquiries. If content is missing, ANGIA will help identify what needs to be added in the proposal.

Can the website accept direct bookings?

Contact options and booking enquiries are designed within the agreed scope. Availability checks, payments or booking-engine connections require a separate discussion of integration scope; feasibility and costs are confirmed before implementation.

Is website design included in the OTA setup package?

Website design is a service with a separate scope and quote. OTA setup and the use of Roomrise are discussed according to the property's individual needs.

Who updates the website after handover?

Both parties agree on responsibility for updates, administrative access, guidance and handover materials in the proposal. If ongoing support from ANGIA is needed, maintenance and content updates are quoted separately.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

Timing and pricing depend on page count, content, design, languages and required integrations. After receiving your brief, ANGIA sends a proposal so you can review the scope and delivery milestones before deciding.
